The dress has lace all throughout with an a-line / trumpet fit, strapless gown with dipped neckline and zipper over inner corset with covered button closure. This style features delicate lace on Point d’Esprit dusted with beaded embellishments, and a stunning Valencia Organza band wrapping the empire waist.
I’d consider myself a bit wider in the hip compared to many girls, so it should be easier to take in if you have smaller hips.
I fell in love with this dress from the moment I tried it on! It is elegant and classic, and flattering for the figure.
Dress Alterations
- Dress taken in at bust and waist from size 6 to approx size 4 - Dress shortened to fit height, with lace trim raised to appear seamless - Added 3 bustles to the back of dress (one side bustle hook has come off, but should be easy to repair) - Extra bra cups sewn in - Dress still needs to be cleaned ** Price can be reduced by $150 if you are willing to take as is, and clean it yourself! **
